At Sagata Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your booking and how refunds are processed. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Sagata Travels in writing via email or official message.
The date we receive your cancellation notice determines the cancellation charge applied.

• More than 30 days before travel: 90% refund (10% service fee applies)
   
• 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund
   
• 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund
   
• Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: No refund
   

Note: Some services (such as flights or hotel bookings) may have stricter cancellation terms set by third-party providers. In such cases, their policies will apply.
 

The following are non-refundable once booked:

• Visa processing fees
   
• Travel insurance premiums
   
• Airline tickets marked as “non-refundable”
